Congrats on all the celebs' beautiful babies, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey w/ Nala, Gabrielle Beauvais-Nilon and hubby w/ their twin baby boys, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman for Max, JLo and Skele... I mean Marc Antony for Max and Emme, and of course, Nicole Richie and Joel on the gorgeous Harlow Winter! Also Nicole looks fabulous post-pregnancy.

AUZUCAR! La Reina de Salsa! Diva Latina Negra! All of this is b/c I brought the last copy of the book of Celia Cruz' life story, entitled Mi Vida. I had heard a song a few years back and the beat was so strong I had to get up and shake my tailfeatha! I love Celia Cruz and her big voice and her big smile and her big nose and her big hair and ridiculous long nails! This lady was larger than life! Can U spell T-O-T-A-L- D-I-V-A? Her book is a must-read and is full of great pix and entertainers.

WPFW (89.3 fm in wash, DC) has changed its line-up and schedules a few months back. So now JWinter Nightwolf is on Fridays instead of Sunday nights.

A great has passed over to the other side: actor Charlton Heston; I am sure u have seen Soylent Green, The 10 Commandments, Planet of the Apes, Ben Hur and the Omega Man. He is a legend.

Guinea Bissau y'all, that's me! My people's partly come from there. My dear cuz paid the cost to find out.

Also, there's a new book on Sandra Laing of South Africa, entitled, When She Was White. Another must-read.

Some people have the noive to make ultimatums on me when they are mere strangers! Go figger!

Oh yeah...and I liked Obama's Father's Day Speech! Don't be so sensitive, if it didn't pertain to u, then why get so upset? It's not like a whole lotta Black father's are on their job! Be serious!
